Description

Since 1999, The Artisan Bake Shoppe has been providing customers with "honest bread" - authentic artisan breads crafted by hand, leavened with natural starters, and baked in an oven for a distinctly delicious flavour and texture.


Your job will consist of:

  • Measuring and mixing ingredients according to the recipes
  • Safely using bakery machinery and equipment
  • Baking breads and scooping cookies
  • Following the sanitation plan, including cleaning and restocking workstations, as well as ensuring cleanliness and sanitization of workstations


You must be familiar with baking techniques such as proofing and kneading, as well as operating bakery equipment (mixers, ovens), and be able to lift 25lb bags of ingredients.
