Specific Duties:


  • Responsible for ensuring that all process and procedures appertaining to general office practices are always adhered to in line with company directives and client needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.
  • Initiate open communication to help support Great Place to Work (GPTW) and build on relationships with staff, clients, suppliers, and visitors
  • Complete and submit HR reports as required, such as Headcount, Turnover, Absenteeism and more
  • Gather all documentation, such as expenses, receipts, or discrepancies, for the payroll of all permanent employees.
  • Supervising cleaning crews and maintenance workers.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining records.
  • Monitoring budget spending.
  • Prepare monthly reports (such as occupancy status, turnover, headcount, etc.) to management.
  • Report deficiencies and recommend areas for improvement to management.
  • Maintain employee files, training matrices, and certification documents.
  • Attend team meetings and produce subsequent meeting minutes with actions
  • Where applicable, meet & greet including organising appropriate hospitality
  • Health & Safety
  • Ensure the Company is always in full compliance with the legal duties regarding health, safety, and welfare matters.
  • Create and provide monthly training sessions to all employees (obtain signature of all attendees).
  • Prepare for emergencies by assisting management to develop and evaluate plans and other Safety Action Plans.
  • Direct and manage any facilities emergencies if any (ex. COVID).
  • Promoting safety within the building.
  • Inspect entire building as part of the Health & Safety requirements.
  • Conduct Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings and maintain meeting minutes which must be posted at the worksite.
  • Complete and submit, or have completed and submitted on your behalf, An Accident Report Form and/or WSIB Forms.
  • Cooperate fully and promptly with any accident investigation carried out by the Company.
You will be working ON-SITE in the Mississauga office every Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
$26.00-$30.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON L5T 2A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
