Relevant du (de la) vice-président(e) adjoint(e) et chef de la direction des technologies, le (la) gestionnaire principal(e), Données et analyse, est responsable de fournir des solutions transformatrices en matière de données, d'analyse et d'IA à l'appui des priorités et des stratégies à plus long terme de la Société.

NAV CANADA se trouve à l'ère de la transformation par la technologie.

La stratégie de NAV CANADA en matière de données, d'analyse et d'IA améliorera sa capacité à réagir à un environnement complexe et en évolution rapide, grâce à de meilleures analyses axées sur les données, à des outils d'aide à la décision et à la gestion des données.

Cette stratégie guidera le développement et le maintien de l'environnement technologique et de la gouvernance nécessaires pour soutenir la culture de la Société et donner au personnel les moyens de réaliser son orientation stratégique et de gérer les activités quotidiennes.

Le (la) titulaire du poste est responsable d'établir les plans et de mettre en œuvre les initiatives nécessaires pour assurer la transition de NAV CANADA dans le contexte de ces changements

In this role you will:

  • Have responsibility for creating and maintaining NAV CANADA's Data, Analytics & AI Technology Vision, Strategies and Roadmaps, aligned with NAV CANADA's Data, Analytics & AI Strategy and Operating Model.
  • Drive technology business decisions for all investments required to fulfill the Solution Roadmaps including vendor and solution selection for software, hardware, and implementation.
  • Provide leadership and accountability to successfully implement initiatives that drive business value.
  • Research and interpret industry and technology trends that could impact the Data, Analytics and AI Vision, Strategies and Roadmaps.
  • Have responsibility over the life of the solutions from initial development, through deployment and adoption, ongoing support and ultimately to end of service.

What you bring:

  • Undergraduate degree in a technology related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Master of Business Administration or advanced Technology degree is an asset
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Technology, Air Traffic Management, or other relevant business
  • 35 years of experience managing highperforming teams and projects in a Technologyenabled environment, with demonstrated experience leading through change
  • Experience managing managers is desirable
  • Significant experience with advanced technologies in the areas of Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence
  • Strong familiarity with the principles of Technology product delivery
  • Excellent technology management skills and systemthinking skills; including the drive to continuously educate themselves to keep up with emerging trends.
