What's the opportunity?

In this role, you will:

• Confirm all copy and legal follows client brand guidelines and is correct and accurate
• Ensure content, dates, calories on artwork are correct and accurate
• Work on a variety of marketing communications, including point of sale, and digital assets, playbooks, etc.
• Certify all symbols and trademarks included in the creative are correct and accurate
• Assist with creation and documentation of copy and content standards
• Work quickly under tight deadlines

The skills and experience you have

• At least 4 year's experience as a proofreader/copywriter for a marketing and/or advertising agency
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English able to proofread in both languages
• Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders including Art Directors, Account executives, Studio Managers and Studio Artists
• Experience using ProofHQ or other proofing platform
• Excellent communication skills able to clearly explain reasons for copy changes
