The Associate Product Manager, eComm Fulfillment will be accountable for the successful development and delivery of operational and strategic initiatives that improve the processing of eCommerce orders at CTR and Party City stores (SFS, Responsive Cockpit).


With the Product Manager, you will establish the vision, strategy, and clear roadmap of the eComm Store Fulfilment program, as well as lead the delivery from concept to launch of capabilities and enhancements.

You will continuously test, learn, analyze and deliver the best end-to-end experience for store associates and ultimately customers.

To be effective, the Associate Product Manager, eComm Fulfillment must have a good understanding of the business, the stores, the external landscape and have an ability to work effectively with the complexities inherent in the related business processes.


The Associate Product Manager, eComm Store Fulfillment Experience will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain, improve and adapt the tools and processes available for CTR and Party City stores to process eCommerce orders through the Store Fulfillment system (Responsive Cockpit).

Working in partnership with Store Operations, Dealers, IT and Digital Product Managers (for In Store Pickup Experience, Pickup Automation and Ship to Home Experience) you will establish the vision, strategy, and clear roadmap for the continuous improvement and evolution of automated solutions to support eComm order processing by our store network.

You will lead the delivery of new capabilities and enhancements from concept to launch; and will continuously test, learn, analyze KPI results with an outcome to deliver the most optimal end-to-end experience for store staff engaging with our eComm fulfillment solutions.

Using design thinking, you will bridge store, customer and channel specific needs and opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Lead the execution of Store Pick & Pack product roadmap with cross functional teams to deliver on the strategic vision to be a market leader in eComm order turnaround and customer pick up experience
  • Partner closely with Stores/Dealers, Store Operations, and Digital Product Management Teams to deliver on overall eComm fulfillment experience goals and KPIs (i.e. reduced cancellations, improved order turnaround, meet customer SLEs, improved customer NPS)
  • Clearly articulate digital feature requirements and write specifications for development; consistently think endtoend when designing and building out features
  • Have a strong understanding of analytics and the ability to intimately work with data to determine actionable insights utilizing lean methodology (ex: design thinking, rapid prototyping, test and learn approaches, etc.) and make strategic recommendations
  • Translate strategies into actionable and measurable tactics. Monitor and measure performance of new products or new releases and understand how stores and customers are engaging with our products
  • Develop effective working relationships with your immediate team to effectively articulate the goals and the business justification for your current project
  • Partner cross functionally to facilitate decisionmaking, propose alternative solutions, and help identify gaps in our product and our business
  • Proactively identify changes and trends in the business and technology landscape. Build business cases using competitive analysis, market and customer research
  • Practice thought leadership, agile and lean methodology and change management processes
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and best in class practices throughout the retail industry

What you bring

  • Postsecondary education in Engineering, Business or a related field
  • Strong retail and/or ecommerce background, with knowledge of Product Management and ecommerce technologies considered an
