    What does a CBSA Security Guard in Etobicoke do?

    • Safeguard people, assets, and property at a correctional facility.
    • Show empathy and compassion while protecting individuals during airport entry.
    • Demonstrate vigilance, efficiency, and exceptional customer service skills.
    • Ensure safe control and custody of individuals across various locations.
    • Report writing.
    • Apply effective use of force principles when intervening.
    • Monitor behaviour actively and use verbal de-escalation techniques as needed.

    Qualifications to become a CBSA Post Guard in Etobicoke

    • A valid Ontario security guard license
    • 1 year of tactical security guard experience
    • Experience working with the the Vulnerable Sector
    • A current first aid/CPR certificate
    • Canadian citizen or permanent residency in Canada for the past 5 years
    • Graduate of a Canadian educational organization (such as high school, post secondary, or vocational)
