    Join Us as an Associate Director Quality Management (ADQM)

    As an ADQM, you will play a crucial role in driving the quality management strategy for our Late Oncology portfolio.

    Your responsibilities will include providing compliance consultation, identifying, developing, tracking, and analyzing quality metrics to ensure high-quality delivery of clinical trials.

    You will provide guidance to the LDO Clinical Operations team, supporting them in adhering to GCP while delivering LDO Clinical Operations objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.


    Your Key Responsibilities:
    Supporting the execution of the LDO Clinical Operations Quality Framework to ensure high-quality delivery of clinical trials.

    Driving strategic focus on quality for the Late Stage Oncology portfolio and providing first-line quality advice to LDO Clinical Operations Functions

    Emphasizing an engaging quality culture in LDO Clinical Operations, with the goal of maintaining an 'always inspection ready' mindset.

    Providing insight and interpretation from the identification, development, or analysis of quality metrics for their impact on LDO Clinical Operations with the goal of improving investigative performance and proactive issues management.


    Actively working in collaboration with other quality functions and stakeholders to seek sustainable resolutions on issues.


    What We're Looking For:
    An undergraduate degree in life sciences or an equivalent related discipline.

    In-depth knowledge and broad experience within the pharmaceutical industry in a GCP regulated environment.

    Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to effectively network cross functionally and globally.

    Effective critical thinking, influencing, and communication skills.

    Demonstrated ability to identify, measure and analyze Key Quality Indicators to move towards proactive quality management

    Ability to collaborate, network, and interact widely and effectively at all levels.

    Strong risk-based decision-making skills with corresponding identification of risk mitigation.

    Excellent understanding of the drug development process and related GXP activities.


    Desirable Skills:
    Advanced degree in life sciences or an equivalent related discipline.

    Experience working with global and remote cross-functional teams.

    Ability to work in an environment of remote collaborators.

    Expert reputation within the business and industry.

    Good cultural awareness.
