PROCUREMENT EXPEDITOR

Mississauga, ON

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:


  • Accurately processes backorder reports for customer orders utilizing strong MS Excel skills.
  • Effectively manages the distribution of reports to appropriate individuals in each applicable location (i.e. any of 25 different pulp & paper / saw mills), in a timely fashion.
  • Provides support to Customer Service Representatives, and Procurement Coordinators as required, to ensure deliveries are received ontime and according to customer specifications.
  • Performs regular supplier followups/order confirmations, and processes delivery updates for customer orders through our internal tracking system, accordingly.
  • Communicates regularly and effectively CSRs with respect to order/delivery updates, ensuring smooth business continuity.
  • Follows and tracks order delivery process from beginning to end, and completes all receiving and feedback functions.
  • Performs other administrative duties/responsibilities as may be assigned or required.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO OUR TEAM:

  • Intermediate to Advanced excel skills required.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; postsecondary education preferred.
  • Basic math and analytical skills required.
  • Bilingual in English/French preferred.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and safe work practices.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail, and consistently able to maintain a high level of accuracy

$42,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
