PROCUREMENT EXPEDITOR

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Accurately processes backorder reports for customer orders utilizing strong MS Excel skills.
Effectively manages the distribution of reports to appropriate individuals in each applicable location (i.e. any of 25 different pulp & paper / saw mills), in a timely fashion.
Provides support to Customer Service Representatives, and Procurement Coordinators as required, to ensure deliveries are received ontime and according to customer specifications.
Performs regular supplier followups/order confirmations, and processes delivery updates for customer orders through our internal tracking system, accordingly.
Communicates regularly and effectively CSRs with respect to order/delivery updates, ensuring smooth business continuity.
Follows and tracks order delivery process from beginning to end, and completes all receiving and feedback functions.
Performs other administrative duties/responsibilities as may be assigned or required.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO OUR TEAM:

Intermediate to Advanced excel skills required.
Education: High School Diploma required; postsecondary education preferred.
Basic math and analytical skills required.
Bilingual in English/French preferred.
Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and safe work practices.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
High attention to detail, and consistently able to maintain a high level of accuracy
