BFL CANADA is looking for a Client Service Manager - Commercial Fleet for our Commercial team in Langley

YOUR DAY AS A CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER:

  • Process ICBC policies including reviewing and recommending coverage options
  • Maintain monthly renewal list and process staff auto policies
  • Process fleet renewals with ICBC as well as midterm transactions such as vehicle additions, deletions, and changes
  • Maintain files for commercial fleet clients
  • Miscellaneous duties as required

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:


  • Minimum 2 Years' experience with ICBC knowledge
  • Computer system experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and is resourceful
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

OFFICE INFORMATION
This position is located in Langley, just off highway #1 by Walnut Grove. We are close to Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, connected by the Golden Ears Bridge.
