Who Will the Candidate Be Working with?
The Learning Consultant will collaborate closely with clients, employees, vendors, and other members of the Talent Development team.
Job Description:
The main focus of this role is designing learning solutions based on specific objectives, procedures, and success metrics. The Learning Consultant will utilize various authoring and multimedia tools available in Talent Development to build these solutions, catering to different learning modalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Must Have Requirement:
Several years of experience as a Learning Consultant with proficiency in Articulate Suite. A portfolio is mandatory.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Lectora would be advantageous.
