Libro has an opening for a passionately accountable Quality Analyst to be responsible for testing our Banking System Enhancements and Bug Fixes, Online and Mobile Banking Enhancements as well as our Customer Relationship Management System, and various in


What you will do - The Epic Human we are looking for will:
Document the results of system testing, ensure that the documentation to meets audit requirements

Review new or modified programs, including documentation, to determine if enhancements and bug fixes will perform according to the specifications

Analyze test results and recommend process and workflow improvements to Supervisor/ Manager

Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure the integrity of the quality assurance test results

Responsible for providing staff with friendly, knowledgeable support and accurate Helpdesk solutions on the detailed operation of the banking system, Online and Mobile Banking, various credit union Sales and Service

Analyze and Investigate system errors and reported problems

Assess the organizational impact of reported problems and make recommendations for procedural/system changes

What we are looking for - Could this be you ?

A bachelor's degree in Business or Technology or

3-5 years' experience in a Financial Institution

Ability to think analytically and should be a proven problem solver

Working knowledge of the Ovation Banking System would be an asset
