Mattdaniels Limited is a successful construction and service company providing support and special services to multiple residential high rise and low rise builders throughout the GTA.

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Handyperson

What will you be doing?

Completing minor deficiency repairs on new homes and condo units.
PDI, 30 Day and 1 year minor deficiency repairs

Where will you work?

Multiple work sites across the GTA allow us to strategically position our team members for ease of commute.

Do you qualify?

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management skills and be able to work independently.
Experience in high rise, residential, and/or condominium construction as a handyperson is an asset.
Smartphone basic functions
General knowledge of Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines an asset
Own vehicle and tools an asset.

Salary:
$29.00-$36.00 per hour
