The general manager of John The Plumber is hiring for a full-time assistant. We're a growing company, and there is a lot to do

The applicant is expected to work up to 44 hours a week, from Monday to Friday during the day. The applicant may be expected to participate in the occasional weekend meeting.

The applicant is expected to work in the office in Nepean, with some exceptions.

Every day can vary considerably from the previous day.

The applicant can expect to participate in marketing and growth, day-to-day operations, content creation, graphic design, orders and pickup, and more.

I need someone versatile, adaptable, eager, hardworking, focused, fast-learning, and a positive person who is easy to be around.


Work You Can Expect:


  • Content creation. (strong writing skills are necessary)
  • Some graphic design.
  • Some WordPress site management.
  • Various SEO tasks.
  • Help with reporting/accumulating data.
  • Schedule reminders.
  • DaytoDay tasks (Ordering supplies/products, order pickup, keeping uptodate on a variety of metrics).
  • One-Off Tasks (Uniform orders, office hunting, scheduling various services, etc).
  • Some staff management tasks.
  • And, more. (It's important to understand that there is a wide variety of tasks that may be required from time to time).
