The Pricing Analyst will be a member of the Pricing & Data Maintenance partapart of the Packaged Gases business group.

In this role, the Pricing Analyst will work alongside the Pricing & Data Maintenance team as well as the various regions to identify, develop, maintain and support best-in-class solutions to improve operating profit.


Primary Purpose

Key Accountabilities;

  • Work closely with the Region General Managers and sales teams to manage the national and local price actions. This includes communication, file preparation, consolidation, and successful implementation into JD Edwards
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to map existing work processes and identify pricing opportunities
  • Generate analytics on performance, identifying problems, and initiating process improvement suggestions
  • Provide monthly reporting to each area of the business; track and report on KPI's providing insight on change
  • Ensure compliance with all Linde standards, policies and procedures

Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications/Skills/Attributes

  • Knowledge and understanding of accounting and finance principles
  • Experience and ability to model and synthesize complex financial analysis, operational, and KPI data into concise presentations and deciframeworksework, on a regular basis.
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build rapport, communicate and partner with internal business colleagues
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking problemsolving
  • Passion and enthusiasm for new technologies
  • Experience working in a fastpaced deadline driven environment
  • JD Edwards experience an asset
  • Advance Access skills an asset
  • SQL Experience an asset

Job Types:

Salary:
$70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
