iFinance Canada is a well-established national consumer financing company that offers various financing to Canadians since 1996. We are part of Iceberg Finance Group, a sister company based in Quebec that also does business across Canada.

This dynamic, growing organization is currently recruiting for a client relation specialist for our Vancouver office.

We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best experience for our customers.


Key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Service call outbound: Outgoing calls to merchants to generate sales
  • Customer service skills to build relationships with vendors.
  • Assisting in vendor relationship management
  • Administrative work and data entry.
  • Investigating accounts for antifraud and compliance
  • Account management with an inside sales skill set
  • Assist with issues and any escalations that may arise.
- assisting merchants with onboarding their accounts and answeringrelated questions

  • Liaise between sales, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Assist in managing sales pipelines, from prospecting through to account set up
  • Maintain high standards of customer relations and satisfaction.
  • Accurately document activities and customer interactions in our CRM
  • Strong organizational, planning and creative problemsolving skills
  • A demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with independence and good judgment
  • The ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, in English and French, with diverse groups such as customers, vendors, and officials at all levels
  • Positive individual with very good attention to details
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Punctual, professional and reliable
  • Creativity, thinking "outside the box", is a plus
  • Good references background check will be required
  • Exceptional customer service experience
