StoreToDoor is a branded platform that gives retailers the ability to offer cost-effective same-day delivery.


What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a self-motivated and personable Customer Success Agent.

This individual will be responsible for operating CRM software and maintaining current client relationships as well as interact with various divisions within the organization.

Responsibilities:


Included but not limited to:

  • Provide outstanding customer service while overseeing all aspects of customer success and satisfaction
  • Learn the software systems used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries
  • Gather and analyze information in a timely manner
  • Responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
  • Collaborate and build relationships with other areas of our organization

Requirements:


  • Team player and good relationship building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
  • Selfmotivated and able to demonstrate a positive outlook
  • Enthusiastic professional with focus on customer success

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay Range:
$18-$22/hour determined by experience


Schedule:


  • 8 hour shift which may include possible evenings and weekends

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • CRM software (Zendesk) is considered an asset

Work remotely:


  • Initial training on site with possible remote working

Job Types:

Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour


Additional pay:

  • Overtime pay
