Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: You'll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.
Responsibilities:
The Program Manager will provide support and facilitation of ATB's Community Flagships and Emergency Response efforts
Key responsibilities include:

Program Development: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and implement social impact programs aligned with ATB's purpose and organizational goals.

Project Management: Lead the execution of social impact programs, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with project objectives. Monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and proactively identify and support strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community partners, non-profit organizations, and other key stakeholders to drive collaboration and maximize impact. Foster a culture of collaboration and learning among stakeholders, encouraging the exchange of best practices, lessons learned, and innovative approaches.

Impact Assessment: Develop and implement metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness and impact of social impact programs.

Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on program progress, outcomes, and impact.

Budget Oversight: Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability and transparency.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years proven experience in program management, community development or related fields
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record in overseeing complex projects and multiple priorities to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically about complex challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and agility in response to changing priorities
- Knowledge of social issues and experience working with the social purpose sector
- Developed writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, integrity with confidential information, organizational skills, strong independent project management, and ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and flexibility
- Experience building rapport and relationships, interviewing and partnering with leaders and community influencers
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fluid, entrepreneurial environment; willingness to "roll up one's sleeves" and extend beyond formal responsibilities based on the needs of the work
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, public relations, communications, marketing or related field
