Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate flexographic printing presses, ensuring that they are calibrated and aligned correctly
Monitor the printing process to ensure that it meets quality standards and make adjustments as necessary
Change inks, plates, and other materials as required
Troubleshoot and fix any mechanical issues that may arise during the printing process
Perform routine maintenance on the presses to ensure that they are in good working order
Keep accurate records of production runs, including the number of pieces produced and any issues that arose during the run
Communicate with other members of the production team to ensure that jobs are completed on time and to customer specifications

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in printing operations preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating flexographic printing presses in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
