Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Respond to service calls in a timely manner
  • Safely load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck
  • Secure vehicles properly for transportation
  • Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws
  • Provide excellent customer service during interactions with vehicle owners
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the tow truck

Qualifications:

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with clean driving record
  • Previous experience in towing or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and mechanical operations
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
