About us:

Short and Suite/Flex Property Developments is a rapidly growing property management company that specializes in Air BNB, short-term rentals and long-term rentals.

We have recently started a sister company called Flex Property Developments that focused on long term stays

We currently have an opportunity for a housekeeper to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who would like to join a rapidly growing property management company which can offer supreme opportunities for career progression.


Responsibilities:


  • Complete Scheduled Flex/Short & Suite Cleanings
  • Report Maintenance Issues for Scheduling
  • Report any Deep Cleaning Needed
  • Conduct Minor Maintenance Repairs
  • Conduct Quality Assurance Audits on Short & Suite Cleanings
  • Document & Report Deficiencies
  • Correct, or Bring Contractors Back to Correct Deficiencies
  • Conduct Minor Maintenance Repairs
  • Complete Other Cleanings
  • Common Areas
  • Outdoor Areas
  • Storage Areas
  • Head Office
  • Other Areas as Assigned
  • Hot Tub Cleaning & Maintenance Note:

  • A valid drives licence is required

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
