Responsibilities:


  • Completes recruitment marketing transactions to support Recruiting Strategy Manager and Recruiters, i.e. sponsored job campaigns, recruiting collateral requests, etc.
  • Maintains the confidentiality of recruiting communications.
  • Complete selfaudits in compliance with Corporate policies and procedure and ensure that all paperwork has been completed.
  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with other leaders involved in the interview process to make informed hiring decisions.

Skills/Qualifications:

Required

  • Possess a valid driver's license in good standing
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field preferred
Preferred

  • Experience in an industrial/service environment
  • Experience in human resources including; compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training
  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
