Through this, you will easily be able to see gaps in how our clients use the software and offer guidance on how to implement more products so our clients can be successful using more of our software.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Director of Account Manager, Construction Division, the core responsibilities of the position are to:
- Conduct sales calls to existing clients to generate add-ons for sales team
- Conduct product focused calls to sell training
- Enter data into CRM database; qualify lead and process orders for addons
- Maintain lead status and track opportunity status
- Prepare and set up sales packages for delivery
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in business, marketing or English
- Telemarketing or other marketing support experience is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of sales practices and principals
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and process management skills
- Experience in selling software solutions and/or the construction industry is an asset, but not required
- Ability to make timely decisions
- Ability to show compassion and understand others
- Ability to work well with other
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks
