Location:
Mississauga, ON.

The Computer Aided Support Specialist Liaison supports 2D /3D CAD Tools interoperability with regards to the Tekla and AutoDesk products and their integration with document management systems.

Your role within the team:

System level activities required to support the following products: Tekla and AutoDesk Plant 3D.

This includes items such as:

Participate in software certification, User Acceptance Testing and delivery processes, ensure issues are communicated to developers and software vendors as needed.
Provide user support for: Tekla and Autodesk products.
Maintain Tekla / AutoCad Plant borders security identifiers.
Resolve software installation issues.
Liaise with external vendors including IT developers to investigate unusual problems with software releases/ hardware issues, or to receive assistance with hardware and peripheral malfunctions.
Develop/Review Tekla specifications.
Customize Tekla 3D Catalog; Support 3D Modeling and train users as required.
Establish and document work processes.
Liaise with end users to define and implement enhancements.
Monitor disk space and system resources and communicating issues to Engineering Tools.

College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
