The Business System Analyst

As a member of our Manufacturing team, the _Business System Analyst_ is responsible for analysis and working cross-functionally to support all departments across the company.

A day in the life of a Business System Analyst might include

Collaborates with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Conducts thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Designs and implements configurations and customizations to meet business needs.
Utilizes SQL Management Studios for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
Utilizes SQL Management Studios to create stored procedures and views.
Provides ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to endusers.
Works closely with all teams to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
Stays informed about the latest updates and features to recommend and implement enhancements.
Conducts data modelling and mapping.
Other projects and responsibilities, as assigned.

Does this sound like you?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
One of more of the following certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP).
35 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role preferably within a Manufacturing environment.
Indepth knowledge of SQL Management Studios for database management and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
