Technical Skills:

  • Min 3 years in the role of technical lead
  • Perform the lead developer responsibilities and provide the technical solutions.
  • Has to mentor at least 10 developers in his team
  • Involve in technical activities and drive the project without any technical issues.
  • Involve in technical reviews, code review and client technical review calls.
  • Willing to work in pressurized environment.
  • Willing to adopt changes quickly.
  • Helping testing team for reviewing test cases and helping for test bed set up activities.
  • Active participation in Org activities like conducting interviews based on project requirements.
  • Coordination with offshore tech people, client and communicated the things in transparent way.
  • Able to stretch timings whenever required.
  • Angular8 and above
  • Type Script, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS
  • React Native
  • Kinvey (FlexServices)
  • Node JS
  • Knowledge of mobile development (Android/iOS)

Process Skills:

  • Good in understanding the client adhered processes.
  • Good knowledge in Agile mythologies
  • Adherence to coding standards

Behavioral Skills:

  • Has to carry Right Attitude
  • Be a good team player.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
