This exciting opportunity is ideal for an individual who possesses a passion for skincare, has a strong command of both English and French languages, and is open to occasional travel.


Responsibilities:


  • Conducting training sessions on skincare techniques and product knowledge
  • Developing comprehensive training materials and resources
  • Assisting in the creation of training programs tailored to different skill levels
  • Providing ongoing support to estheticians to ensure their professional development
  • Collaborating with the sales team to enhance product sales through effective training

Requirements:


  • Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the esthetics industry
  • Proven track record in sales or retail experience would be an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions
  • Willingness to travel occasionally based on business needs

Experience:

- aesthetician: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
