The Supply Chain Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for the Supply Chain team.

This role will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative training solutions to ensure the team has the necessary skills to meet business objectives.

This role will be hybrid with the incumbent travelling to the Distribution Centre in Johnstown and the Ottawa Home Office 1-2 times per week and otherwise working from home.

Supply Chain Training Coordinator, Job Highlights:

Support the development and implement a comprehensive supply chain training program
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all employees are trained in relevant topics
Design and deliver effective training sessions on supply chain processes and procedures
Monitor employee progress and provide feedback to ensure successful completion of courses
Assess individual learning needs based on job roles and responsibilities
Create and maintain accurate records of training activities
Evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs and suggest improvements by staying up to date on Supply Chain trends.

Supply Chain Training Coordinator, Key Qualifications:

Post-secondary studies or related experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role or in supply chain operations
Strong interpersonal skills, a good listener, and good communicator.
Strong and timely decision making skills, and demonstrated skills in being detail oriented.
Proven track record of successful implementation of a training program in a corporate environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, supply chain management or logistics is an asset
