Job Summary:
Assist Maintenance Team with general maintenance and repair/replacement of property, furniture or equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and/or repair all equipment, machinery and facilities.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment.
- Service and routinely check equipment as per maintenance schedules.
- Operate forklift and possess valid certificate
- Operate scissor lift, man Lift and possess valid certificate
- Perform housekeeping, recycling, and waste management disposal activities as required.
- Initiate and record maintenance activities as required.
- Practice proper lockout procedures
- Participate in audits/inspections
- Perform preshift inspections on forklifts and other machinery.
- Maintain level of quality consistent with established standards.
- Comply with established safety rules.
- Comply with company policy and procedures.
- Maintain constructive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors and managers.
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned to satisfaction of the Maintenance Manager.
- Other duties as required.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 45 per week

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
