Description

Rize Bikes is seeking an experienced Bike Technician or Mechanic to join our growing team.

Based in Vancouver, Canada, Rize Bikes is an established e-bike company specializing in high end premium e-bikes for both Canada and America.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.

Responsibilities:

Service bikes remotely for our customers, from normal wear and tear repairs, to more complex fixes and ensured that all safety checks were performed
Maintain workshop organization and cleanliness & assisted with inventory management of materials, such as bike accessories, tools, spare parts, and other materials as needed
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicate with customers through various channels.
Acknowledge and resolving customer complaints.
Communicate and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

Proficient manual dexterity while using a variety of hand tools and other equipment
Experience with bikes, electric bikes or vehicles
Prior experience working in a bike shop or customerfacing role
Proven record of quotas
Effective communication skills
People person nature
High school diploma or certificate in sales
Proficient bike riding skills is a bonus

Compensation will be dependent on work experience and value provided to the company. We have sales commission, and benefits will include generous discounts on our products and services.

Salary:
$43,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
