As a Special Projects Intern at Otis Canada, Inc.

, you will be responsible for assisting Canada's Leadership Team with:

O billing rate audit support
Billing rate alignment strategies
Sales Systems maintenance to support customer contact information
System clean up for data alignment

We are looking for:

Selfstarters with an entrepreneurial spirit
Detailoriented with the ability to prioritize in a fastpaced environment and highly motivated to create new initiatives.
Willingness to learn & desire to grow within the company

Qualifications:

Must be available for fulltime (40 hour) work week
Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point); comfortable learning JD Edwards (JDE)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Needs to be selfmotivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Ability to work with cross functional teams and build relationships
Proven ability to multitask and follow up on actions/ issues
