ZML Holdings Group Corporation is a private owned real estate company located in downtown Vancouver, specializing in real estate investment and commercial property management.

We are currently recruiting a Corporate Accounting Manager. The position reports to the Executive Vice President.

The key responsibilities for the Corporate Accounting Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead to prepare annual comprehensive financial plans and control standards based on the company's medium and long-term business plan
  • Establish and improve the financial management system, exercise overall control by daily management, annual budget, and capital operation of the accounting department
  • Preside over the preparation of financial statements and financial budget, providing effective financial analysis to company leadership from time to time
  • Organize and manage corporate taxation
  • Precise monitor and forecast cash flows, identify and monitor the rational structure of corporate liabilities and capital
  • Provide advice and perspective in the company's major investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions, etc., participate in risk assessment, guidance, tracking and control
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits
  • Cooperate with the Property Accounting Team and provide support when needed

REQUIREMENTS

The following are considered requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in a senior level role (post designation) with strong technical accounting knowledge in all areas of consolidation
  • 5+ years' experience managing a team accounting professionals
  • Analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adjust to an ever changing, fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills, ability to adapt to multiple demands, set priorities and achieve results on a timely basis
  • Ability to grasp accounting and legal technical concepts quickly
  • Ability to work in many different settings and with all kinds of personalities, including operations, corporate head offices, leadership managed
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese with good English communication skills required
  • Experience in public practice accounting firm is a significant asset
  • Real estate and property management accounting experience and familiarity with Yardi software will be highly valued

Salary depends on experience
