As the Global Brand Specialist for Can-Am Motorcycles, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, developing, and promoting the identity of our iconic brand as we lead the charge into the future, electrifying motorcycles and bringing excitement to a new generation of riders.
Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering marketing projects, ensuring a consistent brand identity and compelling storytelling across various global channels, and fostering unique and meaningful connections with our consumers.
Reporting to the Global Brand Strategy Manager and collaborating with the Brand Creative Lead, you will be a key player in launching products, constructing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with diverse teams such as product development, parts and accessories, apparel, etc.
This role demands a strategic and creative mindset to drive brand awareness and engagement, coupled with top-notch project management and communication skills to bring our vision to life.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Develop and execute marketing and brand plans aligned with business priorities.
Lead and coordinate all aspects of project management from briefing to execution, within budget, allocating resources effectively and adhering to timelines.
Bring innovative ideas to elevate the consumer experience rooted in Can-Am branding and values.
Build strong connections and collaborate with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization, including multidisciplinary teams, expert teams, product teams, and partner agencies.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- 5 years of experience working in marketing for a brand or on the agency side.
Proven experience in managing marketing projects; comfortable when giving/receiving constructive feedback.
Entrepreneurial spirit with self-motivation and strong organizational skills to manage simultaneous projects and deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Knowledge of written, video, photo, and digital production.
Proficient in English with excellent writing skills; other languages would be an asset.
A proven team player capable of working with multiple partners and across different time zones.

This role is based at our Montreal or Sherbrooke office.
