Job Summary

  • Actively manage and grow accounts in a large, preexisting customer base.
  • Actively manage and grow accounts in a unique outside sales territory as a sales account manager. This will include visiting manufacturing and distribution facilities to assess their needs.
  • Cold calling and prospecting new customers to grow book of business in the Windsor and London
  • Use our huge catalog of equipment to sell products and services to companies of all sizes.
  • Visit customers to understand their business needs, provide real, practical solutions and deliver exceptional support.
  • Use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.
- writing up quotations, which describe the equipment/services offered and putting together sales presentations and proposals

  • Monitor weekly sales results to identify opportunities, trends and documenting sales activity in the CRM
  • Collaborate with Technicians, Service Team, Marketing and other internal groups to offer best in class customer experience
  • Provide quotations, technical support, literature, and other support/materials for clients.
  • Participates in setting sales objectives and is accountable for achieving sales results (revenue, gross margin, account targets and monthly sales quotas)

Required Skills / Qualifications

  • 35 years of outside sales experience
  • 35 years of account management experience
  • Able to demonstrate clear examples of sales results and achievements (growth) in past roles
  • Previous experience selling Industrial products and services
  • Previous experience conducting presentations and sales proposals
  • Strong customer service and administrative experience
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work activities in a fast paced environment

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Windsor, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Outside sales: 3 years (preferred)
  • Account management: 3 years (preferred)
