THE JOB:

Learning & Development Specialist, People and Culture**The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.


Starting Salary Range:
$70,855 - $88,570


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning and Development the
Learning and Development Specialist will work with stakeholders to design, develop and implement diverse learning programs, and employee training initiatives in alignment with our values and business objectives.

The Learning and Development Specialist will manage their time across multiple, simultaneous project assignments and produce high quality deliverables related to training programs, e-learning and developmental solutions for Doctors of BC.

This role will look to contribute directly to the maintenance, training offerings and learning opportunities as well as identify areas for program growth for the new MacBook roll-out, Service Centre, Enterprise Resource Planning, and the Delphi (Salesforce) project.
