The associate responsibilities include accurately separating cases and placing them on pallets for all inbound freight. Ensure that all products are free of damage and that production code dates are visible for warehouse storage.
Duties:
- Read work order instructions to determine work assignments or materials or equipment needs.
- Move freight on pallets to storage facility from moving trucks into warehouse
- Break down containers of freight using box cutter and restack individual boxes if required by receiver instructions.
- Rewraps new pallets of freight after breakdown for storage in warehouse
- Exposed to ambient and cooler environments
Skills/Qualifications:
- Results oriented
- Plannermanages time well
- Ability to work as a team member
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Warehouse experience helpful but not necessary.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
$15.65-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
