Join our prestigious, recognizable name brand client located in Toronto at Yonge & St. Clair. Their small, close-knit team is seeking an experienced Law Clerk to join them on an 18-month contract.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Handle minute books, corporate filings, amendments, resolutions, and other legal projects as assigned.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold legal standards.
  • Participate in hybrid work arrangements, with 34 days in the office.

What You Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Law or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Law Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in legal documentation and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a closeknit team.
  • Resourceful, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Sense of fun and enthusiasm for contributing to a positive work environment.

$90,000.00 per year
