About us
Culture Kizos, a leading cannabis manufacturing company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with HR and admin experience to join our team


Responsibilities:


  • Perform a wide range of administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, leave, and attendance records.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Support the HR team in conducting orientation sessions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs and maintaining accurate records of benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Help in organizing employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking participation.
  • Assist in employee performance evaluation processes by collecting and organizing performance data and ensuring timely completion.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement and maintain effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
