We are looking for a

_Customer Service Specialist (Full-time position)_


Reporting to the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for various administrative functions relating to Group Retirement Income Plans including RRIF, LIF, LRIF and Annuity Quotations.


What you will do

  • Process of group and single deposits
  • Enter data accurately into system
  • Management of interfund transfers of client/member assets
  • Process of cash withdrawals and transfers between registered plans from/to other financial institutions
  • Handle member and member plan maintenance on Group Pension Administration System (GPAS)
  • Provide support to team members when needed
  • Ad hoc reporting when requested

What you will bring

  • Postsecondary education or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations as they relate to Group Retirement products
  • Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience using Group Pension Administration System (GPAS) or similar systems is an asset
  • Bilingual English-French is an asset
  • Attention to quality in daytoday activities/processes
  • Strong organization skills and ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, MS teams and Outlook)
