Prepare estimates when required.
Ensure that Project Start up and close out documentation are complete when required.
Complete progress and final billing.
Complete team evaluations and mentoring.
Establish and maintain effective and continuous communication with customers, staff and suppliers.
Monitor and maintain healthy productivity management.
Reporting to senior management and accounting.
A high ethical standard of conduct be beyond reproach.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Must have minimum 5 years Electrical/Electronic Security Project Management experience with medium to large scale sized projects
High capacity to learn and to adapt to new environments
Selfmotivated positive attitude and the ability to work independently
PMP Certification an asset
Ability to travel including to the US.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Creativity and strategic thinking skills
Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Accubid experience is an asset
Solid technical understanding of the following;
Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Intercom, Panic/Duress, Nurse Call, RTLS, EAS, AV,
Networks and Communication systems knowledge is a definite asset.
Industrial Automation (PLC) and SCADA systems knowledge is an asset.
Risk management and contract administration knowledge and experience desired.
Ability and/or experience in Stakeholder relationship and management.
Electrical Journeyman an asset.
