Our company is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to supervise and monitor all repair request processes, claiming procedures, repair scheduling, and repair cost auditing.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and streamlined operations, delivering excellent customer service, and optimizing repair costs.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and lead a team responsible for processing repair requests and managing claims.
  • Monitor and track repair request workflows to ensure timely completion and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with technicians, vendors, and suppliers to schedule repairs efficiently and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate repair cost calculations and bookkeeping, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and professional growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on repair request status, claim performance, and cost analysis.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a repair or maintenancerelated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of repair processes, insurance claims, and cost auditing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Salary:
$70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
