Ensure sound due diligence and credit analysis principles are applied as you assess credit risk and confirm FCC's risk appetite statement is being followed.

What you'll do:

Provide an objective assessment on the quality and soundness of credit decisions made
Assess employees' abilities to exercise sound credit judgement
Form conclusions based on observations and provide recommendations to close identified gaps
Find ways to enhance existing credit policy guidelines and processes, and report on these findings
Collaborate with other business units

What you'll need:
