Job Description Summary:
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing organization to drive operational excellence in order to achieve strategic and sales objectives.
This role will play a critical part in partnering with the sales and marketing organization to maximize the impact of sales tools (SFDC) and business metrics/analytics.
The focus for this role is to drive better decision making through sales process efficiency enhancement, opportunity/funnel and key business objective/metrics reporting.
Additionally, this role will perform other sales and compensation analytics and support activities.The includes the data mining, quantifying, evaluating and transforming internal and external information into business intelligence to further drive the achievement of strategic and sales objectives.

- Work closely with sales and marketing to gather reporting requirements and build new capabilities. Includes performing data validation and end user testing of dashboards to ensure data accuracy and usability and self service dashboarding capabilities as required.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure the best practices and processes are applied to the platform strategies through SFDC.
- Support Platform leaders in managing opportunity pipeline and planning requirements
- Support compensation related activities associated with payout, bonus plan, target setting and modelling
- Participate, lead and/or manage other Sales Operations projects as required.
- Provide training and onboarding to new associates as required. Develop training plan for all user level. Maintain training documents to ensure they are up to date.
- Perform other ad hoc sales analytics as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
ABILITIES:
- Strong business acumen coupled with a high level analytical capability
- Excellent communications skills both orally and verbally
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Detail oriented, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Process oriented, proactive and customer focused.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multitasking environment
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- University Degree
- Minimum 5 years work experience with at least 2 years focused on sales analytics or sales compensation
- Proficient in Microsoft office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities required)
