We are looking for a professional, careerminded individual to join our team. This role is new to our office and will be very dynamic, and have direct oversight and input from the President and Sales leadership._

Responsibilities_
- _Develop a Comprehensive digital marketing plan - including google, meta and socials_
- _Track ROI of spend and allocate budget where we are winning_
- _Engage the sales team and customers to gain feedback and implement new strategies_
- _Community involvement with charities and events_
- _Engage with third party agency for ad buys and deployment strategy_

Requirements_
- _Prior experience in social media and/or marketing_
- _Consistent, professional dress and manner_
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills_
- _Salesforce/Pardot knowledge a plus_
