great shopping, over 346 acres of parkland, world-class educational institutions, and entertainment facilities. Skytrain has been approved to be extended to the City within the very near future.

Join the fun in Recreation Langley City is looking for casual Junior Leaders in the Recreation, Culture and Community Services Department.

The Junior Leaders assist the Senior Leader in planning, developing, promoting, implementing, executing, and evaluating week-long, theme related day camps for children.

The casual assignments will start on June 24, 2024, and will conclude on August 30, 2024.

RATE OF PAY:

$ $23.48 per hour (2021 CUPE rates)

HOURS OF WORK:

Up to 40 hours per week; start and end times depend on programming, for example: 6:45am to 2:45pm, 8:30am to 4:30pm, 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Casual employees are paid 12.5% of their regular earnings in lieu of benefits and paid annual vacation.
