Our Associate Consultant, Workplace Learning will make recommendations and assure delivery of several training services - including workshops, seminars, and organizational development consulting requests.

This involves consulting with our Sales and Account Management team and corporate clients to assess needs and determine the best solution to support their needs and objectives on required services.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating internal projects and providing administrative support to Consultants and Senior Consultants.


Responsibilities:


  • Organizational Assessments/Consulting
  • Consults with Sales and Account Management team and our clientele, conducts needs assessments and determines appropriate solutions to address organizational and workplace issues on required services
  • Provides product information to key stakeholders and identifies customization opportunities, when appropriate
  • Participates in sales calls with Sales and Account Management team, as required, to present department capabilities and maximize potential sales/relationship building opportunities
  • Develop and Coordinate Workplace Interventions
  • Ensures client contact occurs within 2 business days of receiving request
  • Sources and assigns a suitable service provider for assigned Workplace Learning requests
  • Responsible for all billing and invoicing for assigned services
  • Administrative Duties
  • Develops and documents an understanding of service delivery processes and uses that understanding to identify and implement process improvements
  • Accomplishes departmental goals by coordinating various continuous improvement initiatives
  • Other Duties as Assigned, including
  • Participates in team meetings, committees, and assignments as required
  • Acts as backup for department colleagues as required
  • Any other related duty required by the department
Succeeding in the Associate Consultant, WLS role will require the following core qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor of Arts, Adult Learning Degree/Certification, Organizational Development or 5 + years equivalent experience
  • Conflict resolution certification an asset
  • 2 + years of previous experience working in a corporate training role
  • 1+ years of working in a consulting capacity
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a variety of personalities
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Solid project management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capacity to problem solve and find quality solutions to organizational problems/issues
  • The ability to work to deadline and adapt to everchanging priorities
  • Bilingual in French/English strongly preferred
