Lane Attendants maintains a safe and secure environment to help delivery an exceptional guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Check with MOS for duties outlined on the shift
Oiling, buffing and maintaining of lanes as outlined by MOS
Greet all guests with a smile and assists with any lane issues
Provide friendly and exceptional guest service (S10/ G5)
Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS
Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
Communicate with shift leaders and managers
Other duties as required
