Responsibilities include:

Packing and shipping genetic products frozen in liquid nitrogen following standard operating procedures
Regular filling of storage tanks with liquid nitrogen
Labeling, fillsealing, racking, freezing, extender preparation, maintenance, lab and collection equipment hygiene, lab cleanliness

- participating in staff meetings

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Experience in a lab production setting is preferred
Ability to work in a team environment
Physically fit with acute manual dexterity, and able to stand for long periods of time
Able to tolerate work in a cold room environment
Agriculture industry knowledge is an asset
