Description

Boulanger Industrial Group has been providing trusted overhead crane, control, millwright, welding and rigging solutions and services to Canada's National Capital Region for over 30 years.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare inspection reports and inspection certificates to send to clients
Reviews technician's reports and recommendations with technicians and team to assist with planning.
Prepare proposals and quotes for service repairs, order material and schedule with technicians and clients in coordination with other business priorities
Maintain customer records and enter data into client databases
Maintain positive customer relations by following up on inquiries or problems and by providing excellent service.
Organize work and prioritize tasks in order of importance
Perform general scanning, filing, and accounting assistance and other office administrative duties, as required.
Provides suggestions and assists with improvement of relevant procedures and resources

Knowledge & Skills

Strong administrative and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Professional communication skills
Ability to selfstart and to work well within a team
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others for the purpose of data exchange, clarification and follow up
Experience on industrial equipment would be an asset
Bilingualism (English and French) would be an asset
