- Follow set schedules in both Production and Custom sectors for high-quality results.
- Prepare wood surfaces by sanding, filling cracks, and applying sealants.
- Familiarity with various wood finishes and application techniques.
- Experience with paint, stains, lacquers, topcoats, and glosses.
- Mix paints and stains for samples, repairs, and projects.
- Promote error reduction and problem-solving for client-directed finishes.
- Shading/tinting for color matching where needed.
- Touch up finished materials for quality control.
- Track measurements of lacquers, stains, and paints for consistency in future jobs.
- Follow safety protocols and use PPE with chemicals and finishes.
- 3-5 years of wood spray/finishing experience.
