Our Real Estate Office is looking for a professionally committed and punctual part time receptionist in the Richmond Hill area.
Requirements:
- You must have exceptional organizational and customer service/people skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Brokerbay, TREB/STRATUS, Webforms/Authentisign Exceptional phone manners
- Willingness to learn
- Reliable and responsible
- Multitasking skills
- Punctual, Courteous, Outgoing & Energetic
- Ability to work independently
Your duties will include:
- Managing inbound/outbound calls
- Brokerloading/uploading Listings onto MLS (TREB's Multiple Listing System)
- Booking and confirming appointments using Brokerbay
- Preparing legal documents: Offers, Amendments, Waivers, etc. using Webforms/Authentisign
- Filing necessary paperwork (I.e. Listing Folders, Real Agents' mail and faxes)
- Preparing Feature Sheets using Microsoft Publisher
- Providing customer service to walkins at the front desk
